- Receive list of existing customers from direct manager and contact them on daily bases (Confirming and reviewing customer data - welcome call to new customers - customer satisfaction questionnaire).
- Responding to customer inquiries by responding to various means of communication.
- Collecting customer requests, and coordinating with the direct manager to redistribute these requirements to the sales team.
- Collecting customer complaints, and submitting a customer complaints report to the direct manager.
- Follow up on returns requests with the customer and document them through the company’s system, and submit a report on the returns to the direct manager on a weekly basis.
- Preparing customer satisfaction reports.

Bachelor degree in any discipline.0-1 years of experience as CS rep.Good command of English.Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.Excellent communication and presentation skills.
