Back Office Customer Service Representative

Egypt - Giza
  1. Receive list of existing customers from direct manager and contact them on daily bases (Confirming and reviewing customer data - welcome call to new customers - customer satisfaction questionnaire).
  2. Responding to customer inquiries by responding to various means of communication.
  3. Collecting customer requests, and coordinating with the direct manager to redistribute these requirements to the sales team.
  4. Collecting customer complaints, and submitting a customer complaints report to the direct manager.
  5. Follow up on returns requests with the customer and document them through the company’s system, and submit a report on the returns to the direct manager on a weekly basis.
  6. Preparing customer satisfaction reports.
  7. Other than any new work requirements.

Bachelor degree in any discipline.0-1 years of experience as CS rep.Good command of English.Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.Excellent communication and presentation skills.
