  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and train a high-performing team of indirect sales representatives
  • Managing Team Members. 
  • Tracking & Mentoring sales, attendance, attitude, cash liquidity for the staff members.
  • Evaluating the staff according to their performance monthly.
  • Dealing with clients we serving to meet their requirements or solve any problem happened.
  • Visit locations we served on his area.
  • identify and qualify new sales leads within the assigned channel.

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related field. +5 years of Sales Experience in Fintech is a must. Strong Communication Skills and a customer-service Mindset.
