• Lead and manage process improvement initiatives from concept through implementation to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Utilize data science and operations research methodologies to analyze complex data sets and identify opportunities for process optimization.
• Apply advanced data analytics and optimization techniques to develop and implement solutions that address business challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and execute process improvement projects.
• Lead technical teams in the design, development, and deployment of software solutions that support process improvement efforts.
• Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor the success of process improvement initiatives.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by providing training, mentorship, and support to team members.
• Communicate project progress, findings, and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders (mainly C-Level).
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in process improvement, data science, and operations research.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related fields.Master degree in Business (MBA).PhD. in Data Science, Operations Research, or related field.Extensive experience in data science, operations research, and data analytics.• Proven experience in leading technical teams and managing complex projects.• Strong expertise in applying optimization techniques to solve business problems.• Proficiency in software engineering and experience with relevant programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL).• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to a variety of audiences.• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.Preferred Qualifications:• More than three years’ experience in leading technical projects in process optimization related fields.• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Background:• PhD in Data Science, Operations Research, or related field.• MBA degree.Experience:• More than three years’ experience in leading technical projects in process optimization related fields.
