.Collaborate with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand the technical requirements of open positions.
.Conduct job analysis to identify key skills, experience, and qualifications needed for each role.
.Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and industry events, to identify potential candidates.
.Screen resumes and applications to ensure candidates meet the specified technical requirements.
.Conduct technical interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and cultural fit within the organization.
.Evaluate candidates based on their experience, qualifications, and potential for growth within the company.
.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
.Implement strategies to engage passive candidates and establish relationships with potential hires.
.Work closely with hiring managers to understand team dynamics, project requirements, and overall company goals.
.Provide insights and recommendations to hiring managers based on market trends and candidate feedback.
.Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
.Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates.
.Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven improvements.
.Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to present to management.
.Stay informed about the latest trends in technology, talent acquisition, and recruitment strategies.
.Apply industry knowledge to enhance the effectiveness of the recruitment process.


.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science is preferred, or a related field.. 2 years of experience in technical recruiting, Previous background in Software companies, or related industries..Solid understanding of technical roles, skills, and technologies relevant to the organization..Familiarity with software development methodologies and programming languages..Excellent verbal and written communication skills..Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders..Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members..Ability to assess candidates' problem-solving skills and think critically about their suitability for technical roles..Strong organizational skills to manage multiple open positions simultaneously..Ability to adapt to changing priorities, business needs, and market conditions..Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and other recruitment tools..Certifications in recruiting or human resources can be an added advantage.
