We are looking for an experienced Media Buyer to join our team and take charge of advertising our company's posts and products on various social media platforms. As a Media Buyer, you will play a crucial role in shaping our online presence and maximizing the return on our advertising investments.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic advertising campaigns on social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
- Plan and manage advertising budgets, ensuring that allocated funds are utilized effectively to achieve desired outcomes and maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify target audience demographics, interests, and behaviors.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop compelling ad content and visuals that align with the company's brand guidelines and objectives.
- Monitor and optimize ad performance in real-time, using data analytics and insights to make informed decisions and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and changes in social media platforms and advertising tools, ensuring that strategies are adapted accordingly for optimal results.
- Measure and report on the key performance indicators (KPIs) of each advertising campaign, including impressions, reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
- Explore and test new advertising platforms, tools, and ad formats to expand our reach and engage with potential customers.
- Collaborate with external advertising partners, agencies, or influencers as needed, negotiating contracts, evaluating performance, and ensuring alignment with our goals and standards.
- Continuously analyze data and generate insights to improve targeting, audience segmentation, and ad creative, contributing to the overall growth of our advertising efforts.
Skills
- Proven experience as a Media Buyer with a strong focus on advertising posts and products on social media platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of various advertising platforms, such as Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Proficient in using social media analytics tools to measure the performance and ROI of advertising campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and innovations in social media advertising.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail, especially when evaluating campaign performance, tracking expenditures, and calculating ROI.
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Certifications in social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.
