- Manage and execute all company projects from inception to completion.
- Develop detailed project schedules, work plans, and monitor progress.
- Create project budgets based on the scope of work and track all costs to ensure they remain within budget.
- Organize and manage contracts with suppliers and ensure the availability of all necessary materials.
- Lead, evaluate, and develop project team members, including engineers and other staff.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management.
- Ensure timely delivery of all projects according to the established schedule.
- Coordinate with various departments to optimize company performance and development.
- Implement risk management strategies to minimize project risks.

- Make financial decisions to support project plans as authorized by the General Manager.
- Ensure project execution and delivery meet quality standards.
- Coordinate raw material supplies with the procurement, finance, and warehouse departments.
- Recommend necessary equipment and tools for project measurement and execution.
- Handle the company's representation with external consulting and testing agencies.
- Provide suggestions and advice to the board of directors, review the company’s organizational structure, and propose adjustments to meet company goals.
