  • Control IT components and stationary inventory activities to maintain accurate inventories for all items and avoid any shortage for all BUs.
  • Receive and compile data from the different departments in the IT Head Office to generate the business plan and Flash Report drafts for service and management review meetings.
  • Update, Document, archive (as necessary) and file accurately Quality Management records, SLAs, Contracts, invoices, IT access permissions etc. … to ensure proper documentation control requirements.
  • Generate purchase orders for the IT Head Office and all BUs and relay them to the IT Manager and follow up on delivery of purchased items to ensure timely provision of procured items.
  • Handle the processing of administrative requests such as coordination with Human Resources and INDEVCO & BUs Administration departments as well as suppliers and clients to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in ISO activities and documentation.
  • Assist in the Procurement Procedure and help follow up on all activities related such as coordinating with third parties and following up on payment settlements by affiliates.
  • Control IT store and regulate the process by generating Store Receipt Vouchers and Material Requisition Sheets.

BA degree in Computer Science, Information system or communication Engineering.ISO 20000 knowhow upon joining the GroupISO 19011 (Internal Auditor) preferred or upon joining the GroupExcellent command of English & Arabic Languages.Good command of MS tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc…)Good communication skills. Self-motivated.Possess a broad knowledge in all departments’ activities.Should be able to set plans, to implement preset plans on time, and follow up on implementation by others.Should be meticulous, accurate, and organized.Should have an analytical mind and be able to solve existing problems and prevent future problems from happening.Must be flexible, versatile, and open-minded.High degree of self-motivation and ambitionKnowledge of Microsoft Office applications (including Visio), IT ticketing system.Should be able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.Living in October City.Prefers to have knowledge in Quality management systems Prefer to be a female
