Tour Operator

  • Handling online hotel booking reservations and dealing with offline overseas suppliers. 
  • Reserve accommodation at applicable/special rates.
  • Confirm arrangements to agent or overseas offices.
  • Ensure booking files are completed and updated, and record all necessary information in the appropriate section of departmental register.
  • Resolving any problems with accommodation, itineraries or service 
  • Customizing international holiday packages for different countries. 
  • Assist in answering inquiries for group or special individual arrangements.
  • Assist in creating itineraries and competitive quotations for group and individual requests.
  • Calculate gross and net values of booking and details of amounts of liabilities to Principals. Input relevant details to automated systems.
  • Issue sales report for every tour which shows all tour details and costing.
  • Planning and preparing cost itineraries for clients. 
  • Perform any other tasks as reasonably requested by the direct manager

Educational Background

  • B.Sc. in Tourism

Special Training

  • Ticketing courses, Ticketing Systems (Amadeus and Sabre)

Language Skills

  • Fluent in a Foreign Language especially English

Computer Skills

  • General knowledge of operating common applications.
