- Lead and manage internal website building projects from inception to completion.
- Develop, implement, and optimize tech systems using platforms such as ClickUp and Airtable to streamline agency operations.
- Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of existing tech infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their tech needs and provide effective solutions.
- Ensure the agency’s tech stack is up-to-date and aligned with best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any tech-related issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members as needed.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends to continually enhance the agency’s tech capabilities.
Proven experience in website development and management through custom coding and drag-and-drop builders like Shopify, WebFlow, and ElementorStrong understanding of coding languages like CSS, JavaScript, and others.Proven ability managing multiple projects and websites with different tech-stacks simultaneously.Experience working with designers and product managers to develop websites.Strong communication skills and breaking down complicated concepts into digestible information to stakeholders.Experience in a digital marketing agency or similar environment is a plus.Reliable and high-speed internet connectionCoding and Drop & drag programs experience is a Must
