- Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, and ensure timely responses.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate and manage internal communications.
- Perform data entry and maintain databases.
- Support the planning and execution of company events and meetings.
- Perform cold outreach for podcast guests.
- Handle reporting and collecting feedback from the team and vendors.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Strong attention to detailsProficiency in Google Workspace and ClickUp.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Detail-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision.Experience in a digital marketing agency or similar environment is a plus.Reliable and high-speed internet connectionDigital Marketing, Marketing or Social Media Agencies experience is a Must
