Presales Manager

  • Formulate and lead presales technical/functional support activity to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Lead the solutions development for large and complex sales opportunities.
  • Organize the preparation of the RFI/RFP response by engaging the IT Department for solution design, the Product Manager for pricing and third-party supply agreement, the Engagement Manager for implementation and planning, the Risk team for risk management and the Finance Director for credit limits and project return.
  • Prepare RFI/RFP response document for approval.
  • Support the commercial team in market intelligence and analysis of pipeline.
  • Follow up on potential client requirements by participating in pre-sales meetings with the client and partners to identify and document their needs.
  • Develop creative and client-pleasing solutions to complex business problems.
  • Develop and deliver outstanding presentations and demonstrations.
  • Lead any and all aspects of the technical sales process; advise internal and external clients on overall architect solutions.
  • Provide direction and specialist knowledge in applying the technology/application to client business.
  • Facilitate client product/application understanding through presentations demonstrations and benchmarks; provide support throughout the sell.
  • Produce and edit the proposals from a techno-commercial perspective including software, workflow, diagrams and charts, work plan, project staffing, etc.
  • Ensure accuracy of the terms and conditions placed on sub-contractors to minimize risk to clients.
  • Create presentations and design architecture diagrams to present solutions to customer executives.
  • Develop long lasting and high-quality technical relationships with clients by instilling trust and confidence.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or information systems. Not less than 10 years of relevant work experience.Experience with the software development lifecycle (SDLC).Exposed to Process Management systems.Exposed to large scale projects and large-scale applications. (preferred)Experience with fintech and e-payment solutions.Professional certifications in IIBA, PMP, or SDLC method/process such as Agile. (Preferred)
