HR Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in aligning HR strategy with business objectives, building strong partnerships with senior leaders, and providing guidance and support in all areas of HR.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and programs, overseeing talent acquisition and retention strategies, managing employee relations, and driving employee engagement initiatives. You will also be involved in workforce planning, performance management, and providing coaching and guidance to managers on HR best practices.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, with a deep understanding of HR strategy development and implementation. They should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as building strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization will be a key aspect of this role. The candidate should also be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR policies and programs that are aligned with business objectives
  • Partner with senior leaders to provide guidance and support on HR matters
  • Manage the full talent acquisition process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
  • Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment
  • Support managers in conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on HR best practices and people management
  • Conduct training sessions for employees and managers on various HR topics
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in HR best practices

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related fieldMinimum 10 Yrs of Experience with proven work experience as an HR Business Partner or similar roleIn-depth knowledge of HR strategy development and implementationStrong understanding of employment laws and regulationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
