Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Mechanical BIM Engineer with a passion for innovation and excellence in mechanical engineering and BIM practices. You will be responsible for developing mechanical models, coordinating with other disciplines, and ensuring the accuracy and quality of project deliverables.
Responsibilities:
- Create and manage detailed mechanical BIM models using Revit or other BIM software.
- Work closely with architectural, electrical, and structural engineers to integrate mechanical systems within the overall building design.
- Produce mechanical construction documents, schedules, and specifications.
- Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts in the BIM models.
- Engage in BIM coordination meetings and collaborate with project teams.
- Conduct quality assurance and quality control checks on mechanical models.
- Provide technical support and expertise to ensure project success.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.3 to 5 years of experience in mechanical BIM modeling and project coordination.Proficiency in Revit and other relevant BIM software for mechanical engineering.Understanding of mechanical systems, codes, standards, and construction practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.Residency in Giza-6th of October city is preferable.
