- Overseeing on Check and execute all standards tests of raw materials, products, packing material incoming to the company by suppliers and ensuring from their quality and this is according to the technical specifications required, prepare all necessary reports.
- Overseeing on Take the samples at every stage of stages of production processes and checking them to ensuring from their quality and this is according to the technical specifications and approved to start in the next stage and keep these samples.
- Follow any developments of products and issuing validity certificates for products.
- Overseeing on Monitor of the final products before start fill in and make sure it matches with the technical specifications and prepare the reports related it.
- Ensure to execute the Monitoring of the attached information in product cover paper to make sure the validity of the written information as (date of production, expired date, quantity, weight, and the technical specifications) for every product and recording in the related reports.
- Study and analysis all results of the monitoring and standard tests related to Raw materials, products, and packing material in SAP system.
- Overseeing on implement Check and Quality control processes on all appliances and equipment’s in the laboratories and all scales of the company and maintaining the cleanliness of the place and equipment’s and machines and follow with the maintenance department to ensuring their regular maintenance to avoid any malfunction.
- Review and analysis all reports of the customers complaints and make ensure from the validity by check of complaint and samples and respond on this complaint and prepare reports of the final results and inform to technology and production department for any required correction.
- Train and follow of quality control chemists and technicians and support them to raise the level of the efficiency and performance of the quality control department.
- Follow all directions and procedures existing in the procedures and instructions manual related to 5s standards and security and ISO and occupational health and safety.
Bachelor Degree. Science: Chemistry5 – 10 years of experience in (Paints industry).A Six Sigma Course and TQM are preferableExcellent communication (verbal, written), interpersonal and presentation skillsDemonstrates leadership skills.Excellent English language.
