Proven experience as maintenance technicianBasic understanding of electrical, hydraulic and other systemsKnowledge of general maintenance processes and methodsWorking knowledge of tools, common appliances and devicesManual dexterity and problem-solving skillsGood physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtimeHigh school diploma or equivalent; Certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology or relevant field will be a plusCertified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) is desired
