  • Responsible for attendance and transactions daily & monthly
  • Working On daily operation’s needs
  • Entering data into payroll and administrative databases.
  • Working on daily reports.
  • Review monthly attendance and leaves report including overtime, working days, deductions, sick leaves, and official vacations that will reflect on employees’ salary and manage vacations annual settlements
  • Calculating wages, benefits, tax deductions, incentives, etc
  • Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely

In depth knowledge of Egyptian payroll regulations and practices.Strong understanding of payroll accounting and principles.excellent communication skills.preferably distribution field backgroundvery Good in MS Office
