- Process the purchase requests from the Planning department (MRP)
- Analyzing shortage report; initiate actions to avoid material shortages.
- Source, review, negotiate,& procure materials for the company -when needed-.
- Prepare purchase orders, submit and send to suppliers.
- Monitor PO delivery, payments, terms, and conditions.
- Provide analytical reports related to the Procurement functions.
- Analysis of changes and arrangeing airfreights.
- Control of the BOM's level and its introduction to the MRP system.
- Quality control of supply chain (issuing LCRs).
