- Managing the day-to-day operations of the service center, including scheduling repairs, managing inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Training service technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Apply service policies and procedures to ensure consistent and efficient service delivery.
- Maintaining accurate records of repairs, customer complaints.
- Responsible for maintaining plan and schedule Water cooling chiller, Pumps, Cooling towers, Air Handling Unit and Fan coil unit. Compressed air systems.
Bachelor Degree in mechanical divisionWorking Experience of 5 years in average on the same fieldStrong background of HVAC systems, Chillers, DX units, Steam Boilers and Air compressorsStrong Knowledge of planned maintenance.Giza residence is highly preferred
