• Define, estimate, and draft the project scope, goals, deliverables, resources, budget, and expectations in collaboration with IT Manager and stakeholders.
• Liaise with stakeholders, plan and schedule project timelines, track milestones, and determine the status report frequency and content.
• Define and communicate the project success criteria, conduct project postmortems, and create a recommendations report.
• Develop and manage the project from initiation to closure, using best practices and tools for project execution and management.
• Develop and deliver project plans, communications, proposals, requirements, and presentations.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities, identify and resolve issues and conflicts, and manage project dependencies and critical paths.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks, and devise contingency plans
• Translate end-user requirements into pragmatic solutions.
• Demonstrate experience with project and program management disciplines, methodologies, and processes.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems management, telecommunications, or a related field.Appropriate technical certification(s) are preferred (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, ITIL, VMware Certified, Data Center, PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP).Minimum of 3 years of relevant IT projects implementation lead experience, with 5+ years of strong experience in Network, Datacenter, Virtualization, Cloud, Telecom, and communication.Proven experience with Hypervisor technology, especially on VMware/ESXi, with the ability to build complex and highly available environments on this technology.Knowledge and experience in network infrastructure, including routers, Catalyst switches, configuration of firewalls, and set-up of VPN connections.Knowledge and experience in IT service and delivery management, with proven results and techniques.Business acumen in budgeting, pricing, capital expenditures, and ROI analysis.Experience in managing complex IT projects with multiple stakeholders, using various project management tools and solutions.Ability to analyze and solve problems and conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines.Ability to establish rapport and cooperation with different levels of personnel, clients, and departments.Ability to read and communicate effectively with different styles of team members and contractors.Ability to manage and resolve project-related disagreements and issues.Ability to bring a project to successful completion.
