Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize the use of the Pipedrive CRM to streamline sales processes.
  • Monitor the sales pipeline and ensure it reflects accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Train sales team members on how to effectively use Pipedrive to maximize their productivity.
  • Develop and implement strategies for lead generation and sales conversion within the Pipedrive platform.
  • Produce regular reports from Pipedrive to provide insights into sales activities and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure a seamless flow of lead information between marketing and sales platforms.
  • Customize the Pipedrive environment to suit the specific needs of the organization, including creating custom fields, filters, and activity types.

Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of Pipedrive CRM software and its integration capabilities.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and sales metrics from the CRM.
  • Excellent communication and training skills to assist team members in using the CRM effectively.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (optional but preferred).
