We’ll rely on you to listen to our customers and use your knowledge, creativity, and passion to meet their needs — and remind them that behind our great products are amazing people. Min 6 month of experience in Customer Service (Offshore)Fluent in English Speaker (C1)Experience supporting customers via phone, e-mail, & chat, Real passion for customer service and ownership of the customer experienceComprehensive issue resolutionAble to effectively tailor communication and style to differing audiencesHandle own workload and work independently in a dynamic, constantly changing environmentGrows with a team where expertise is shared and feedback is inspiredEffective time management including ability to multi- task, organize and prioritizeAble to research and grasp information across multiple tools while talking with customersAptitude for acquiring skills in technical troubleshooting and an eagerness to learn and take on new challengesFlexible with rotational shifts which might include night , over night & Weekends
