Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in daily administrative tasks.
- Manage calendar, appointments, and meetings.
- Coordinate communication between the General Manager and other departments.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents.
- Organize travel arrangements and itineraries.
Skills Required:Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Discretion and confidentiality.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
