Personal Assistant to Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the General Manager in daily administrative tasks.
  • Manage calendar, appointments, and meetings.
  • Coordinate communication between the General Manager and other departments.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents.
  • Organize travel arrangements and itineraries.

Skills Required:Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Discretion and confidentiality.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
