  • Engage in community management by actively commenting, responding to messages, and fostering interaction with followers.
  • Monitor social media accounts to ensure they are optimized for performance and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop visually appealing and on-brand social media content.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics to continually refine and improve content strategies.
  • Collect and present analytics on a monthly basis for each client, highlighting performance and areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure the brand remains relevant and engaging.
  • Manage multiple social media accounts for various clients, ensuring consistency and quality across all platforms.
  • Conduct regular audits of social media accounts to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  • Participate in virtual meetings and maintain excellent communication with the team.

Extensive experience in social media management with a proven track record of growing and engaging social media audiences, particularly on Instagram.Strong knowledge of Instagram's functionalities, best practices, and trends.Excellent communication and community management skills, with the ability to engage and interact with diverse audiences.Proven ability to manage content calendars and ensure timely posting.Experience writing captivating captions for social media posts.Experience working with copywriters and strategists to develop and execute content ideas.Proficiency in using social media analytics tools to measure performance and inform strategies.Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Creative thinking and the ability to develop engaging content that resonates with audiences.Reliable and high-speed internet connection capable of downloading and uploading large files (at least 1GB per hour).Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.Nice-to-Have:Experience in a digital media or creative agency environment.Skills in content creation, including graphic design and video editing.Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles.Familiarity with analytics tools and the ability to track and measure social media performance.
