Legal Compliance
Monitor and assess legal and regulatory developments impacting the construction industry.
Develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with relevant laws, including but not limited to construction regulations, environmental laws, safety standards, and labor law.
Contract Management:
Review, draft, and negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to protect the company's interests and ensure contractual compliance.
Provide guidance on contract interpretation and enforceability.
Policy Development:
Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement company policies and procedures related to legal and compliance matters. Ensure that policies are effectively communicated and enforced throughout the organization.
Ethics and Integrity: Promote a culture of ethics and integrity within the organization by fostering a strong compliance mindset and encouraging ethical behavior at all levels.
Bachelor's degree in law or faculty of engineering.Graduated from English language school is preferable.The English language is essential.Excellent in Excel.
