The candidate will be in charge of efficiently organizing and maintaining Export and Logistics operations.
Responsibilities
● Exporting and Logistics Accounts ownership.
● Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders etc.
● Prepare accurate reports for upper management
●Controlling shipments logistics operations ( Bookings , Follow-ups, Documents reviewal) .
●Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers, Shipping lines etc. to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction
· Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Spreadsheets etc.)· Very Good written and verbal communication skills ( Arabic / English )· Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize working plans .. Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
