Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership:

  • Supervise and mentor the sales team.
  • Set sales goals and monitor performance.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to review progress and provide feedback.

Sales Strategy:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to adjust strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to optimize sales initiatives.

Sales Process:

  • Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Ensure the sales team follows the company’s sales policies and procedures.
  • Implement and monitor sales pipeline and lead management systems.

Customer Relations:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Training and Development:

  • Train new sales team members.
  • Conduct ongoing training sessions for skill and knowledge enhancement.
  • Provide coaching and support to help the team reach their full potential.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare and present sales performance reports to management.
  • Analyze sales metrics and prepare forecasts.
  • Track and report on sales expenses.

Administrative Duties:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales and customer information.
  • Manage sales budgets and expenditures.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

Performance Management:

  • Set individual sales targets and KPIs for team members.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Required Skills and QualificationsProven experience as a Sales Supervisor or similar role.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
