- Implementing in-house and statutory specifications and guidelines on hygiene, HACCP, food safety, occupational safety and environmental protection and ensuring that these are implemented in subordinate organizational units.
- Applying Operational Excellence Daily Management (OEDM) Standards.
- Working closely with the direct manager on establishing and developing a qualified and motivated team. Leading, assessing and developing directly subordinate employees in a professional and disciplinary capacity.

- Developing Preventive Mechanical Maintenance yearly plan, and monthly and weekly schedules with coordination with the production and planning departments.
- Developing Predictive Maintenance plan.
- Ensuring implementation of corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance plans for various factory machinery by preparing work orders accordingly and forming work groups.
- Communicating with and supporting the production department in times of production duties to maximize work order completion and machine up-time.
- Following through on the execution of service and maintenance work, and ensuring work orders are completed on time.
- Attending to breakdowns onsite ensuring that there is always a rapid response and that plant equipment and machinery breakdown time is minimized.
- Following through on the lubrication processes on daily basis and on weekly basis depending on the machines‘ manual.
- Assisting in operating electrical measuring instruments and testing devices, power and hand tools, welding and fabricating equipment in performing installation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of hydraulic, pneumatic, robotic, and mechanical machinery and equipment.
- Determining material, equipment and supplies to be used and Initiating purchase requests.
- Checking quotations and developing mechanical recommendations for selection.
- Providing specifications and technical support for spare parts internal or external manufacturing.
- Overseeing maintenance staff in day-to-day, and directing work, addressing and resolving problems with the assistance of the supervisor or manager.
- Supporting the TPM Project by delivering trainings to production team on Autonomous Maintenance, and Daily Inspection Maintenance to improve OEE, increase availability rate and decrease mean time between failures.
- Providing root cause analysis for machinery malfunctions and break downs, suggesting means to enhance efficiency through reducing downtimes.
- Suggesting machinery modifications ideas if needed and implement if approved.
- Maintain daily Maintenance report log and, maintaining equipment records specifying their history, modification, preventative maintenance cycle, and spare parts replacements.
- Collecting all needed data to create periodic maintenance reports.
- Ensuring that tools and equipment are maintained in a safe working condition; as well as making sure that the workshop is a safe environments at all times.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanics major.3-5 years of experience as Mechanics engineer, preferably food manufacturing background.Very good command of English.SAP experience is a Plus.Very good communication and Leadership skills.
