- Organize and supervise the activities and work of subordinates to ensure that all work within a specific area of the Electrical & Instrumentation section activity is carried out in an efficient manner which is consistent with operating procedures and policy
- Contribute to the preparation of the Electrical & Instrumentation section budget and monitor financial performance versus the budget so that the business is aware of anticipated costs/revenues and areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified
- Recommend improvements to policy and direct the implementation of instructions covering all areas of Electrical & Instrumentation activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service
- Supervises the day-to-day operations of Electrical & Instrumentation to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes, and procedures
- Liaise with the Production Department and Utilities Manager to ensure day-to-day problems are identified and promptly dealt with
- Identifies requirements under legislation / regulations to ensures E&I equipment and practice meets those requirements and Company policy
- Identifies spare parts and materials requirements for E&I sections for procurement by the Purchasing Department to be sure that all correct SPP available on time
- Assists the Maintenance Planning Manager in preparing the E&I maintenance schedule to achieve accepted reliability standards within agreed budget so that production output is affected as little as possible
- Implement preventative maintenance procedures & requirements for the electrical and instrumentation equipment in order to decrease breakdown
- Carry out the required safety engineering, product quality assurance standards and on schedule to be sure there are no reworks and zero injures.
Bachelor's degree in the field of Electrical Engineering Highly analytical mind, with exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Experience working in the electrical engineering field.Good knowledge of Electrical regulations, standards, and codes.Good understanding of electrical requirements.Experience in MV & LV SystemsExperience in MV & LV SystemsExperience in Earthing and Lightning Systems Experience in Dealing with PLCs and SCADA using (Simatic Manger, TIA, Unity Pro, WINCC, Vijeo citect) Experience in Dealing with industrial networking systems including Ethernet/IP, Profinet, and Profibus.
