- Monitor process continuity, troubleshooting & corrective actions wherever required.
- Check for proper repair according to machine design for all troubles.
- Assure spare parts availability & purchase indents for required spares.
- Responsible to provide complete analysis on root cause for machinery and suggesting means to enhance efficiency through reducing downtime.
- Assist in preparing maintenance plans and work orders.
- Allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff.
- Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities.
- Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance.
- Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation.
- Prepares reports, analyses data, and makes recommendations for improving equipment efficiency and solving maintenance-related problems.
Bachelor's degree in the field of Mechanical EngineeringExcellent technical skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Commercial awareness.Experience using CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar.Installation and Maintenance of Mechanical-Related Machinery and Equipment.Ability to write clear and comprehensive technical documentation.Provide day-to-day technical support to Operations and Maintenance to troubleshoot and fix rotating equipment and mechanical systems.Preferred to work in Rotary equipment as chain conveyors, Bucket elevators, pumps … etc. Ready to work as a shift engineer.problem solving skills.Preferred to work in oil food industry or Animal feed industry.From 2-3 years’ experience Male only
