- You will provide technical support to our SaaS software users, through tickets, WhatsApp, phone, and sometimes offline meetings.
- You will onboard new clients, and help their teams with the migration to our software.
- You must be available daily from 10 AM to 10 PM (online), 5 days/week.
Number 1 requirement: you must know how to professionally handle user inquiries and questions.English efficiency is a huge plus.Technical background is also a huge plus.
