  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and assist with payroll.
  • Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related matters.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Assist in performance management 

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 2 years’ experience as an HR Specialist or similar role.Strong understanding of HR practices and Egyptian labor laws.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
