  • Support in the recruitment and selection process to ensure to fulfil the suitable applicants for the required vacancies.
  • Work closely with all company’s functions to understand their recruitment needs and requirements.
  • Actively participate in employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing team-building activities, wellness programs, and employees events.
  • Handle routine HR tasks including HRIS processing, employee inquiries, and documentation with a focus on providing exceptional service and support to our employees.
  • Assists with time management (working hours, editing and validating clocking documents, overtime, leave days, sick leaves, etc.)
  • Follow up & update vacation record for all employees.
  • Maintain a comprehensive personnel filling system for all the outsourced staff (old and new hires) to ensure completion of all the needed documents.
  • Support in handling employees' insurance procedures through delivering insurance check to Insurance Authority and preparing Form 1,2,6 and Follow up the periodically report to labor office.
  • Assists in Preparing payroll inputs and managing the payroll process with the external service provider.
  • Assists with planning and implementing training programs, including identifying TNA and starting the execution process.
  • Support in other HR functions as required.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.2~4 Years of proven experience in HR.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is requiredStrong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with integrity.
