- Design and create enticing motion graphics for video deliverables (corporate videos, eLearning, websites, marketing demos, etc.)
- Create and deliver motion graphics in various media including web, mobile, etc.
- Work with art and creative teams to understand project scope and objectives.
- Assist in selecting audio, video, colors, animation, etc for graphic design.
- Work with editors, producers and other designers to resolve technical and/or design issues.
- Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.
- Research and analyze best design techniques and solutions to create motion graphics.
- Participate in brainstorming session to share new design perspectives and ideas.
- Maintain and follow best practices for versioning control, naming convention and organization of graphic files.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge about latest motion graphic techniques.
- Ensure compliance with company guidelines and design standards.
- Set accurate estimates on delivery expectations and send status updates to team leader.
- Produce outstanding video solutions;
- Produce assets that are both strategically and creatively exceptional.
- Animate or convert storyboards into compelling motion graphics that contain images, typography and/or audio.
- Handle illustrations sequentially for Illustrators, from Storyboard to final output.
- Manage priorities and workload effectively to meet expectations and deadlines.
- Work in partnership with the team leader to understand and manage client needs.
- Generate compelling, evolving creative (digital assets, etc.) for promotional content.
Prior experience with and a strong portfolio of motion graphics work Expert-level knowledge of Adobe Suite and common motion graphics design software Motion Design, Motion Graphics, and Graphic Design skills Video Production skills Ability to create engaging and effective motion graphics using industry-standard software Excellent understanding of design principles and typography Experience with 3D modeling and animation is a plus Bachelor's degree in Motion Graphics, Graphic Design, or related field Strong communication and collaboration skills A never-ending desire to learn new techniques and technology to advance your craft Excellent written and verbal communication skills Superb visual and conceptual skills to solve problems and create novel solution Strong creative problem-solving skills. Solid understanding of art production process. Successfully manages time, process and workflow.
