Position Overview: As a Barista at Madeleine by MH, you will be responsible for crafting a variety of high-quality caffeinated and non-caffeinated drinks that complement our artisanal pastries. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of barista experience, a passion for coffee and tea, and a dedication to providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including espresso-based drinks, teas, and specialty drinks, ensuring consistency and quality in every cup.
• Artisan Techniques: Utilize advanced barista techniques to create visually appealing latte art and other drink presentations.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, understanding their preferences, and making personalized drink recommendations.
• Quality Control: Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety in the beverage preparation area. Conduct regular quality checks to ensure all drinks meet Madeleine’s standards.
• Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure that ingredients are fresh and of the highest quality.
• Equipment Maintenance: Properly operate and maintain all coffee and tea equipment, ensuring it is clean and in good working order.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure smooth operations and a seamless customer experience.
