  • Control and evaluate the cleanliness and pest control companies through periodic inspection to ensure the service quality and take corrective actions if needed.
  • Run/Administer scrap and disposables sales deals for existing stores according to the policy in cooperation with Finance, Operations and Projects Departments to ensure receiving the highest prices.
  • Manage equipment and supply needs, including telecommunications, kitchen appliances, office equipment and supplies.
  • Monitor activities that happen outside the building, such as proper waste disposal and recycling
  • Manage company cars maintenance and make sure to repair the car in the best car repair station to avoid any delay in work 
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary to avoid any shortage 
  • Fetching, checking, and signing for parcels at their respective collection points.
  • Deliver and respond to any stationary requirement or requests (printing, lamination, delivering checks or documents, etc.) 
  • Audit and evaluate the transportation provider (bus quality, drivers’ licenses, no of violations, etc.…) to ensure the service quality.
  • Maintain an updated record of invoices from external partners (e.g. all suppliers & transportation companies).
  • Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities (schedule, tasks, etc...) to ensure performance
  • Design and oversee the schedule for cleaning and disinfecting the building

Bachelor’s degree.Experience: 3 to 5 years’ experience.Intermediate proficiency in English.Advanced user of Microsoft Office.
