Key Responsibilities:

- Managing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
- Scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Organizing and maintaining files and records.
- Coordinating travel arrangements “ booking tickets and hotels, conferences”
- ⁠language needs: English


Qualifications:- Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant.- ⁠Fluent in English- ⁠presentable- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
