Account Executive, directly engages with clients to understand their goals and determine how the company can meet those objectives. Here are the key responsibilities and skills associated with this role:
1. Understanding Client Needs:
- Fully grasp the client’s requirements and assess whether the company’s products or services align with those needs.
- Work closely with clients to ensure that expectations are met.
2. Lead Qualification and Prospecting:
- Qualify inbound leads and prospects via phone and email.
- Organize regular client meetings to provide excellent customer service.
- Additionally, prospect new sales by cold calling businesses.
3. Sales Process Execution:
- Hold virtual demonstrations with the goal of earning a prospect’s business.
- Prepare and present proposals and bids.
- Negotiating terms and conditions with clients is also part of their role.
4. Collaboration and Opportunity Identification:
- Collaborate with key decision-makers to identify opportunities and develop ideas that drive sales results.
