- Searching for new potential clients & projects to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue.
- Organizing sales call schedule & outside technical visits to potential clients.
- Establishing new and maintaining existing relationships with clients, managing and interpreting customer requirements.
- Prepare work orders and the needed drawings to the factory.
- Solving client problems and offering after-sales support services.
- Implementation of high-quality CRM services as follow-up sales and daily CRM procedures.
- Provide reports on customer feedback/complaints reports to Business development Team Leader.
- Handle all customer inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up delivery with clients, delivery team, and warehouses to ensure prompt and accurate delivery.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in the furniture industry.
- Follow the company rules, regulations, and policies.
Proven work experience as a Sales Engineer , a business developer or a relevant role in furniture industry from 2 to 5 years.Proficiency in EnglishExcellent Communication, negotiation and analytical skills.Time management and planning skillsStrong problem-solving skills
