- Manage customer service / information counter
- Attend to shoppers’ and tenants’ enquiries and feedback
- Assist in the upkeeping of the mall

Work experience as a Customer Service Trainer or similar roleExperience in sales or customer service positions is a plusKnowledge of Learning Management Software (LMS)Familiarity with interactive learning activitiesExcellent communication and presentation skillsAdditional certification in training is a plus
