- Purchase raw materials for the manufacturing plants.
- Periodic check to ensure optimal stock levels according to seasonality and forecast.
- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.
- Negotiate contract terms agreements and pricing to reach the lowest price, best quality, and best payment facility with existing suppliers, and source out potential new suppliers.
- Follow up on the purchase order delivery schedule with the vendors to ensure sending the goods during the specified supply period.
- Coordination with the warehouse department and the departments concerned with the dates of supply to receive goods.
- Follow up on the needed technical approvals with the technical department.
Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Business Administration, or related field.3-5 years of solid experience in purchasing.Excellent communication and negotiation skills in person and via email.Smart, and seeks to develop himself and learns from mistakes.Organized and have good time management skills.Ability to work under pressure and without errors.He seeks stability for a long period in the company.Proficient in using Excel.Very high level of English.Have hands-on experience with ERP programs, preferably Odoo
