Assist with all website-related inquiries and issues, ensuring smooth operation and user experience.
Provide general IT support to employees via email, phone, and remote access tools.
Maintain and troubleshoot hardware and software systems, ensuring all systems are functioning optimally.
Implement and manage security protocols to protect company data and systems.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of IT solutions.
Monitor and maintain the company’s network infrastructure.
Manage software installations, updates, and configurations.
Create and maintain documentation for IT processes and procedures.
Be available to contact during all working hours to promptly address any IT-related concerns.
 


Proven experience as an IT Specialist, IT Support Specialist, or similar role. Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and software. Proficient in troubleshooting technical issues and providing effective solutions. Experience with website management and support. Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software. Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) are a plus.
