  • Manage and oversee the entire accounting team. 
  • Conduct regular training to keep the team's skills and knowledge up-to-date.
  • Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members.
  • Implement effective performance management and feedback processes.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and productive team culture. 
  • Ensure tax interviews are conducted properly with clients. 
  • Review corporate and personal income tax returns to verify accuracy.
  • Advise business owners and individuals on tax code interpretations and planning.
  • Oversee the processing of state payroll taxes.
  • Proactively identify and address potential compliance issues.
  • Stay up-to-date on changes in tax laws and regulations.
  • Ensure the firm's tax practices meet all legal and ethical standards.
  • Maintain current client relationships and cultivate new ones.
  • Implement effective tax consultation and onboarding procedures for new clients.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date client files.
  • Provide exceptional client service and timely responses to inquiries.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell additional services.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to achieve shared organizational goals.
  • Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes.

BSc in Accounting, Finance, or relevant degree.Minimum 4 years experience in managerial level Minimum 8 years of experience working in accounting preferably FMCG industry Additional certification (CPA or CMA) is a plus. Extensive corporate and personal tax experience.Advanced MS Excel skills and ERP System (Odoo) user. Consistent, accurate, and Strong attention to detail.Outstanding communication skills, organizational skills, and aptitude for numbers. Able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
