• Ensure that all HR practices are implemented in right way in the factory.
• Support factory teams in daily issues.
• Review and update the hiring needs from each factory.
• Acting as vocal point between the factory and HR team and supporting personnel issues.
• Managing full recruitment process and Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
• Collaborating with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees.
• Creating and publish job ads in various portals.
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
• Acting as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
• Perform reference and background checks for potential employees.
• Following up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintaining a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
• Review and update job descriptions and job specifications for every position and send to talent management head for reviewing and final approval.
• Updating and modify the monthly Org. chart and send to talent management head for review and confirmation.
• Send the list of new hires before they come to the Training team for the "on-boarding program"
• Develop job descriptions and job specifications for talent management head final review.
• Making the exit interviews and making exit Interview data analysis report sending the results to talent management
head for any needed updates or actions needed to find solutions to reduce the turnover rate.
• Collecting monthly KPIs and send the data to talent management head for review and confirmation.
• Preparing monthly reports included the recruitment status reports, open vacancies, time to fill, offer acceptance rate, turnover report, source of hire, selection rate, vacancies completion rate, Yield ratio reports, sourcing channel cost and factory issues rate.


• BSc in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or relevant field• Minimum experience in recruitment from 3- 5 years.• Manufacturing Background is a must.• Proven experience in mass recruitment.• Proven experience in selection techniques.
