Role Purpose<br/><br/>Accountable for day-to-day operations of the branch and assisting the Sr Manager of Regional Branch Services with managerial, and administrative functions. Maintains communication between staff and the Sr Manager of Regional Branch Services. Provides support, guidance, and training to staff.
Job Accountabilities & Activities<br/><br/>- Maintains communication between the branch and management by preparing daily, weekly, and month-end reports regarding operations and productivity.
- Formulates recommendations and provides feedback to management regarding operational policies and procedures.
- Maintains control over audit procedures to ensure compliance with controls. If weaknesses are identified, reports them to the Senior Manager of Regional Branch Services.
- Assists in ensuring that the branch is in compliance with federal laws and regulations set forth by the National Credit Union Administration and other regulatory agencies.
- Monitors office activity, including number of transactions, loan volume, sales volume, etc.
- Customer satisfaction assurance
- Work on strategic marketing and company positioning and planning.
- Guide company branding, positioning and marketing implementation.
- Planned, launched and managed the full social media strategy.
- Sales training & productivity evaluation.<br/><br/>Education & Certifications<br/><br/>MBA or Bachelor Degree in Sales / Administration
