- Design, control, and implement electrical systems and products
- Follow up on electrical and control system in the factory daily.
- Create annual electrical plan and follow up on its implementation.
- Order all spare parts required for electrical department.
- Receive all electrical materials from suppliers and make sure it meets required standard and quality.
- Report daily and monthly electrical issues that occurred in the factory.
- Mange all electrical maintenance activates.
- Solve and report machine Malfunction once it happens.
- Follow up on corrective maintenance plan.
- Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
- Prepares reports, analyzes data, and makes recommendations for improving equipment efficiency and solving maintenance-related problems.
- Examine needs on new equipment, calculate costs and help prepare budgets
- Monitor maintenance and inspection plans
Bachelor`s degree in electrical engineering.Experience 4 - 6 yearsStrong knowledge with Siemens PLC - Siemens drives - Automation control - Servo Motors.Proficient user for Microsoft tools like word - excel - power point.English Advanced level.Very good verbal and written communications skills.Detail-oriented and resourceful in completing assigned tasks.Background in Plastic Blown Film Machine industries is a plus.
