-Deliver continuous improvement of financial planning and budgeting and ensure compliance with appropriate financial standards.
-Deliver consistent, timely, accurate, high quality and insightful financial reports to facilitate and support decision making.
-Provide Treasury functions with detailed cash/reporting requirements.
-Ensure annual audit is performed and signed off.
-Support Strategic Planning Department to execute annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes for the Group and work with Business Units and leadership team to develop a robust Budget which withstands rigorous testing.
-Support the Strategic Planning Department with the production and presentation of Quarterly Business Reviews.
-Provide data-driven and analytical insights to support key strategic and operational decisions underpinning the firm's growth plans.
-Perform variance analysis and trend analysis to show key movements from Budgets, Forecasts and Prior Year.
-Lead the audit missions with the internal and external auditors.
Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting.6-8 years of relevant experience.CMA & IFRS Certificates are preferred.
