1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,Information Technology, or related field, or equivalentexperience2. Strong proficiency in software testing methodologies and toolssuch as Selenium,JIRA, or Bugzilla3. Excellent problem-solving and analyticalskills4. Attention to detail and accuracy5. Strong communication and collaboration skills6. Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or Ruby is a plus7. Experience with Agile development methodologists a plus
