Maintenance Manager

1) Planning the daily work in the factory and distributing the work to the maintenance department employees.
2) Organizing the time of workers in the maintenance department, issuing instructions and directives, and specifying tasks for them.
3) Supervising and working on the maintenance and repair of machines used in the production process.
4) Supervising and working on electrical installations, installing panels, and addressing electrical problems.
5) Determine the needs of the necessary materials and equipment for the maintenance department and request them from the purchasing department in the central administration.
6) Planning and implementing preventive maintenance work.
7) Determine the needs of human resources to work in the department in cooperation with the Human Resources Department.
8) Participate in selecting the department’s employees, determining their training needs, and submitting recommendations accordingly.
9) Work to implement the company’s quality procedures.
10) Supervising, organizing and following up with heads of electrical and mechanical departments to develop preventive maintenance plans.
11) Work on documenting maintenance operations and opening a special file for each machine separately to know its cost.
12) Supervising the implementation of health and occupational safety conditions for all employees in the department.
13) Participate in making decisions related to maintenance management.
14) Submitting periodic and annual reports on achievements, problems and failures to the factory management.
