Executive Secretary to join our headquarters in Cairo. This role is pivotal in
facilitating effective communication and operational efficiency within our

Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Manage daily office
operations, schedule appointments, and organize meetings to ensure seamless
business workflow.
- Client Interaction: Receive clients and visitors
with a professional demeanor, ensuring a positive company image is upheld at all times.
- Communication Management: Handle all forms of
correspondence, including drafting emails and managing incoming and outgoing
mail, maintaining a high level of professionalism and promptness.
- Social Media Coordination: Actively manage and
respond to customer inquiries on the company’s social media platforms,
fostering engaging and responsive communication.
- File Management: Maintain an organized, accurate
filing system for all critical documents, ensuring ease of access and data
retrieval.
- Customer Service: Address customer inquiries
promptly and effectively, providing outstanding service that enhances client

Qualifications:- Education: Bachelor’s degree in BusinessAdministration, Communication, or any relevant field from a recognizedinstitution.- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in anadministrative or secretarial role, preferably within the agriculture sector orrelated fields.- Language Proficiency: Good command of both writtenand spoken English.- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Officeapplications, with a strong grasp of file management systems and social mediaplatforms.- Personal Competencies: Exceptional organizationalskills, excellent interpersonal communication abilities, and a proactiveapproach to problem-solving.
