Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the buying, selling, and leasing of properties on behalf of clients.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients regarding market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
- Prepare and manage all necessary paperwork, including contracts, deeds, and leases.
- Stay updated on current market trends, property values, and legislative changes affecting the real estate market.
- Assist in marketing properties through various channels, including online listings, social media, and direct marketing.
Proven experience as a Real Estate Broker or similar role.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.Proficiency in using real estate software and MS Office.
